Woodbine House is a traditional 2 bedroom house which lies a short way up Wood Lane (a fairly steep hill) in Kingswear and overlooks the River Dart from almost every room. It has a peaceful setting and yet is only a short walk from the marina car park, where guests have designated parking, and the ferries across the river to lively Dartmouth.

Kingswear Village Stores will do deliveries free of charge to Blue Chip properties located in Kingswear. They stock a good range of general produce in addition to cider, fruit, vegetables and meat all of which are locally sourced. If you would like to arrange for a delivery for your arrival day or during your stay please call them on 01803 752291. Payment is by cash or cheque on delivery and all orders must be placed in 48 hours advance. Deliveries are available Mon - Sat 7am - 6pm, unfortunately there are no deliveries on a Sunday.
